  The hotel was very clean and the staff members were polite . The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The water got warm quickly, no waiting for warm water to take a shower. The hotel has room service , I didnt use this, but it is available. Restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again

  New property. Comfortable bed. Room was clean. Location was fine just off the interstate.

  Well, for one thing, there was no shower curtain for the shower. A curtain rod, but no curtain. Had to try my best to not spray water around the bathroom. A mirror outside the bathroom would have been nice.

  To be fair; the floors were nice and seemed brand new.

  The sink has old caulking with rust on it. The toilet seat is stained and needs to be replaced. The biggest thing was when we walked in the room and closed the door. There was a cockroach on the door which I had to kill. We saw several roaches while we there.

  When I booked the room and came to the reception they didn’t have confirmation of my booking in their system. I was waiting more than 1 hour, tired after long trip till the manager contacted booking customer service to confirm my booking.

  Let’s just say this hotel is “no frills” and that you get what you pay for. I see a kitchenette when I booked, but what it doesn’t say is that there’s no kitchen equipment, I mean there’s not even a plastic cup to drink out of in the whole room. The neighborhood is slightly sketch but some of the other hotel guests were not very respectful, making a lot of noise, and I was woken up at 3am on the second night by the smell of a burning bagel and the sound of a fire alarm from another room
