The location is perfect! Right by the Hollywood Stars and Runyon Canyon. The studio was spacious and very clean (the floor felt clean to walk on barefoot). The staff was professional and quick to respond when I had a small plumbing problem (slow draining tub). The small details show the owners put some thought into their guests. The magnifying mirrors in the bathroom were helpful. There are stairs but also a ramp. The washing machine room was very convenient and had a change machine and soap dispensers - very thoughtful for their guests' convenience :) There is a sound-automated light in the parking garage (where washing machine is located) and so it feels safer.

The 1st floor windows open to a courtyard, so everyone can see you if you keep the windows open. There was only a comforter offered, and no top sheet on the bed. The toilet flush was a bit strong and sometimes it sprayed water outside.

Location was great. Enough parking spaces. Didn't had to stress about not finding a spot when returning late to hotel. Pool open untill 11pm! Yay! Breakfast was good. If you needed something they did accommodate it. This was our second time staying at this hotel. Overall Was a great stay. Thank you :)

Coffee tasted like hot water. The jacuzzi jets didn't work for the whole stay, the pool could be a little warmer. It was really cold :(

1st think I noticed was the cleanliness of the hotel. My wife and I are both in housekeeping so it's easy for us to notice things that haven't been kept up. We did not, everything was very clean. The housekeeping staff obviously care about what they do, GREAT JOB!!

Disappointing Stay – Lacking Hospitality and Comfort This was my first trip to Hawaii, and unfortunately, my experience at this hotel left a lot to be desired. I booked an ocean view room but ended up with a view of a building and just a sliver of the ocean off to the side—it should have been advertised as a partial view at best. When I inquired about a possible upgrade and even offered to pay for it, the staff was dismissive and rude, offering no explanation or assistance. Check-in was unwelcoming. I wasn’t given any information about amenities like Wi-Fi, housekeeping, or breakfast. When I asked, I was told it was “on the paper” and was brushed off without any further help. The room itself was very small and uncomfortable. The bed and pillows offered little rest, and the bathroom was cramped—you could barely move around. This property seems more suited to college students sharing rooms and spending most of their time out partying, rather than travelers looking for a relaxing or refined experience. The noise from the street made it difficult to enjoy the balcony, and overall, there was no sense of comfort or hospitality during my stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming environment, I would recommend booking elsewhere.

We were on 2nd floor traveling with my daughter and granddaughter. They had a lot of bags but no elevator. The room wasn't cleaned properly. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better. The carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty. The were doing work in an empty room and the workers were tracking Sheetrock all over. No free breakfast, not even just donuts
