  The in room, hot tub with jets was amazing, we love your pools and that it stays open till 10 PM. You should definitely offer coffee and tea in the lobby? When the restaurant is closed. I’m not sure if I saw that, also awesome game room for my kids, and mini golf was free because our room wasn’t ready which was nice.

  I was hoping with a two bedroom suite that we rented, there would be options for movies or a smart TV and there was neither? This is the only hotel I know that doesn’t have a smart TV or at least DVDs for the DVD player. I wish you guys served bacon every breakfast day, we didn’t get bacon any day of 4 days.

  I order a top shelf tequila, because I have bad reactions to cheap liquor, so it’s worth it to pay more. But they obviously place super cheap liquor in top shelf tequila bottles. I had one drink That I paid for and was sick and still hung over by next day. I will never do this again. I stay in all sorts of hotels for business and this was the only time this has happened to me. So my trust is gone with embassy suites in this regard.

  The A/C unit in my room made loud noises throughout the night. I was unable to sleep. Initially, I thought the noise originated outside. I contacted the desk and complained about the noise. I was told they would check on it. No one every followed up with me regarding the resolution of the problem. The iron was blackened over 1/2 of the sole plate. The stopper in the face bowl did not work. Therefore, I could not drain out the water used to shave. I emailed the property regarding these issues. They responded that I could check out late. I am total disappointed with this stay.
