The suite was well appointed, very clean, couldn't ask for more. Nespresso with pods and condiments, kettle and fully equipped kitchen. Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      Very nice location if you want to visit NYC. Very close to bus stop and ferry to manhattan. Safe and with a nice view of the skyline, a nice promenade where you can take a walk or do sports. Close to supermarkets and restaurants/cafes. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed comfortable. Nice staff

      The only thing I did not appreciate was when we asked for an umbrella and we were informed they only sold one for 35$. Not everything should be profit.

      It was not nearly as conveniently located as the actual idylwild inn cabins. There is no kitchen and no fireplace as well. Very nice for a hotel room, but no where near the experience of the idylwild inn cabins.

      I really enjoyed staying there. The bed was comfortable the room was very large and spacious. And unlike most hotels it had a TV that was big enough to actually see.

      The only problem I had with the hotel was the wi-fi. It didn't work in my room. I had friends staying in the hotel in different rooms and they all said their Wi-Fi was great. So I would say it was just the spot I was in that didn't get good service.

      Noise of construction going on on the floor above our room. No notification of said construction was given at check in. Was in Honolulu for surgery and upon return to hotel had hard time relaxing because of the noise above.
