Breakfast was not good….beds were even worse! It was like trying to sleep in a hammock! The mattress had a deep hole that we could not roll out of….bedding was old and frayed. Pillows were no thicker than the newspaper…we didn’t get any sleep at all. The walls are thin and could hear every noise in the building. We weren’t expecting anything grand but we received a lot less…we booked two nights but left the next morning without any refund. One of the worst nights in a motel EVER!
Buy a new mattress! Get some new sheets and blankets and pillows!!

Very nice property located near a good Indian restaurant called saffron. Pool area is beautiful and quite nicely maintained pool towels available, etc. Breakfast was over the top. I was totally not expecting that, I was told it would be called to announce, but they had scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, and frittata in addition to very good coffee.
I liked everything about this place and I’ll definitely be coming back next time. I have a concert to attend at the Civic Center

Breakfast was amazing and the views were beautiful! The location couldn’t have been better close to shops, restaurants, and Canal Park. I loved having the windows open and feeling the breeze. Everything was super clean and tidy, which made the stay really comfortable.
The windows were big and had a nice view, but only the bottoms opened, which was a little disappointing. The pool area was also extremely hot we could only stay about 30 minutes, and some parents were even watching their kids from outside because of the heat.

Nice and cozy. Better than staying at a hotel. So nice to have a washer and dryer, this helped our luggage light. The bed was comfortable.
There was no toilet paper stock. We requested to leave some stock before we were coming back from the day trip. But it did not happen. We needed to buy some toilet paper at midnight. The owner gave some stock later, but we needed earlier.
Kernville, California
Good for the price, friendly stuff, kitchen has everything that you need. There is a river close to the hotel.
The second floor was pretty noisy and you can hear them walking.
Pismo Beach, California
It’s super close to the beach, great view. Do not take the first floor, people will pass by your windows.
$120 for a dog per night… Overall it’s expensive only because of the ocean view, the room itself pretty basic and old.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable.
