      Cheap and in good location close to universities.

      It's dirty. The room has smelled terrible. There were hairs from previous guests all over bath tub including pubic hair. They have to better clean the rooms after each guest. The pillow was like a brick. All of us had terrible sleep. It's a budget motel, we don't expect 5 star amenities, but basic cleaning must be maintained and they have to get rid of the smell from the room.

      The property was great, the management was sketchy. Undisclosed charges for key fobs and parking. They charge $30 for each key fob and make each couple have one. They want their key fob back at the end of the stay but you do NOT get your money back. They called it a NEW TARRIF. Hmm? Anyways, I BOUGHT SAID KEY FOBS THEN, should be mine to keep or give $ back upon return.
