      You cannot beat the views at this place. The hike down to falls is marked and feels safe. Loved the coffee bar in the am. Very nice staff. The landscaping is gorgeous and very well kept.

      The front desk workers were very rude. I simple ask a question and they became very rude. One was on the phone with a potential customer. The customer asked his name and he gave a different name than what was on his name tag. The other staff, maintenance, breakfast workers and cleaning staff were excellent. Very polite.

      Roaches in room, as soon as you walk in the lobby you get an overpowering smell of chlorine because of the pool. You can't even see the pool from the lobby. The free breakfast sucked it wasn't even eatable. Would not recommend this hotel for anyone.
