Property is good..Enjoyed the stay, however registering was somewhat disappointing… I thought my wallet key was ready to use. I did have to use tablets to finish registration.. which was not a problem but young lady wasn’t too friendly…

I booked the hotel days in advance. Upon arrival the front desk crew was playing loud music. The woman behind the desk walked up, pulled her phone out of her bra, and said "Imma have to call you back." Then the lady goes on to tell me that she meant to call me earlier but forgot. Long story short, they couldn't accommodate me because the people in the room I booked extended their stay. She told me that I wouldn't be charged but I'd have to find a different hotel. So we found a new hotel and went on with our lives. We'll sure enough, they DID charge me. Booking.com tried calling them on my behalf but they did not answer. So I used my personal vacation time to drive back to this hotel to dispute the charge. After explaining what happened, a different front desk lady advised me to call booking.com because she didn't know how to refund me, and that I better call quick because she's going home in 10mins. Well, they finally resolved the issue, but I'm glad I didn't ever stay here. Picture should speak for itself.
