We stayed twice. On the way to our destination and on the way back from our destination. My husband thinks the beds are too hard. We had room 102 the second time and the whole sofa area smelled strongly of urine. I used air freshener, but of course the smell remained. Also they don’t have soap at the sink. In the shower there are dispensers for shampoo, conditioner. The first room had body lotion at the sink. The second room had conditioner and lotion at the sink. No soap at the sink. Room 102 the refrigerator smelled very sour.

The pool was not open due to renovations which was one of the reasons we booked. Paying for Wi-Fi is inconvenient considering we already were staying at the hotel. Could easily be a 10/10 stay if these issues are fixed.

Ordered a room with handicap accessible shower there was no seat in the shower so my wife was not able to use the shower. when I informed the staff at the front desk they simply told me there was none available.
