  The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good.

  I thought the rooms were really basic for the money. I know West Yellowstone is an expensive area but I still saw other places that looked just as nice for less money. I also didn't like that the room doors faced the street. It felt less safe to me as a solo traveler.

  I did like that it was not to far from downtown .

  What I did not like and this may be a reason why I do not rebook her again is the Pool super dirty cloudy and hair floating. It’s like they could’ve made an effort to clean before they opened but did not , reason I know is because the wad of hair my husband pulled out Thursday and left by one of there pool chairs when we arrived was there all weekend Atleast until Saturday Sunday I did not check .

  Stairs was very steep....... People took much to long in bathroom in the early morning ......I needed to get in and leave by 5:45, but shower and hairdryer made me miss the bathroom all together. Maybe post a limit on time! They were in 30 minutes!

  The TV is terrible. There are only "universal " remotes. It was crazy trying to get a channel. The house keeping was only one day for our four day stay. The bed sheets weren't changed on the "cleaning" day. The soaps in the shower were empty, or watered down. Our coffee area in our room was not replenished, or cleaned. The pillows smelled of dirty bed head. It was a bit dissapointing. I'm glad we didn't have to stay any longer than the three nights.

  I booked a week in advance and asked for a 1st floor room because of my service animals. I arrived around 5 and the front desk said that all first floor rooms were given away. I also paid extra for a king bed. I was told that the 4th floor only had king beds. Breakfast had alot to be desired. I chose this hotel based on reviews. Lesson learned....Never again. I should also mention that my bathtub faucet wouldn't stop running and there was a hair left in the tub.

  The pavillion, the quietness at night, the bustle of downtown during the evening and the home-like feel of the sitting area.

  I believed that I had booked the room that I wanted but found out at the desk that I had not and it was essential to have the sitting area. So I had to pay an additional $75 for the sitting area on site. It was not the Deluxe Suite that I reserved but actually the Grande Suite I was told.
