The room was beautiful, something I rarely say of most hotels. Bed was very comfy, AC was great and quiet. Super clean. Breakfast was good and staff were very accommodating to everyone. Would definitely stay again!

The property is lovely. The rooms are spotless., the garden beautiful. It is well located near the park and town with a shuttle bus to reach both.which is free. The breakfasts are wonderful too.

They made us move all our things out after staying a whole week and we had already paid for another week. The reason was it's the rules for paying online to check out and come back at 3 pm for check-in. Again we were already in the room and paid for another week. It's like being punished for paying online because it's cheaper. When we returned after staff cleaned the room there was dirt and food in front of the door that had been swept out of my room. They were painting outside my room and the fumes caused my wife to have an asthma attack. We were not giving any notice before they began painting. The room was full of roaches. The phone didn't work. The Internet was very poor. The buttons on the ac unit were broken. The water was extremely too hot 🔥🥵 and the water pressure in the sink was way too high. Every time I turned on the water in the sink I was soaked by scolding hot water if I wasn't very careful. The hangers in the closet area were supposed to be attached but they kept falling down.
