Nespresso with pods and condiments, kettle and fully equipped kitchen. Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

  I got a first-floor room, and the one-night shift female was great, because it was 11 pm and I had started laundry in the guest washer and dryer after asking if they all worked properly, but found out after the 2nd load wash was complete that $1.00 and 45 minutes later that my first load was still soaking wet. I added the 2nd load to the dryer and another $1.00 and waited 30 minutes, although the dryer got very hot, nothing got close to being on the dry side. The night clerk allowed me to toss everything into the massive dryer used for the towels for free. In 10 minutes, every piece of laundry I had was totally dry! Thank you

  Was given misinformation on working laundry facilities for guests. The complimentary breakfast was a pre-packaged muffin, cold coffee, milk, and boxed cereal. Could do better in that area

  The hotel was small and clean. The staff was very accommodating. We initially got a room that was noisy. The staff was able to relocate us for a more comfortable stay. The location was good, close enough for us to get to the places we want to go to.

  I think the breakfast could use some improvement. The food was the same for the 3 mornings out of the 4 days we were there. More variety would be great!
