Was very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Bed was comfortable, restroom had great lighting, nice and warm water pressure. Breakfast was great and staff was great and friendly. Will be coming back for sure!

The location was close to our Whale watching company. There were grocery stores close by. The hotel had soft sheets and comfortable pillows and bed.

I noticed hair and debris on the floor of my room. The top drawer of the drawers under the TV were sticky. I could tell the cleaner did not vacuum and only wiped down surface areas. Breakfast was not good. They had cereal, but not milk. Had things labeled pastries and hard boiled eggs but didn't actually have any.

My son booked for 3 nights 4 days at the hotel, but on the 3rd day when he came to the hotel to sleep at night he was told abruptly that the system shows only 2 nights , inspite of showing them the confirmation still the hotel denied and my son was not given the room which we paid for and he was shown the door ( he was travelling for first time to NY) . All contacts done by booking.com to them asking for explanation why the 3rd night was denied , hasn't been reverted till today as looks like they don't want to give refund for the night. Very unprofessional . Also beware when you pay them deposit money, they say it will be refunded on check out. now came to realize if you pay by debit card it will take 1 month , which ideally should have been pointed out during check-in. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone, they give NY a bad name.

It was hot when we 1st got there. But cool down shortly after, staff knocking on door before 11 am even when privacy thing was on our door, my husband and I didn't like the fact that when I went to pay to extend our stay i told them till Thursday, so the man charged me 250.00 and some odd change. And then coming and acting like we didn't pay or something and the man sent a women to do his dirty work because he screwed up... not very professional like. Never again!!!
