      It was right across the street from the ocean, it was very clean they came daily and cleaned sand from the floors and changed the bed sheets daily as well which I loved

      The location was convenient to the boardwalk and resturants. Also, the property was new and well maintained. We wished we had more time to enjoy the pool area.

      The rooms were all hard floor. After visiting the beach, we had so much grit on the floor, even after having it cleaned. It would have been convenient to have a broom located in the room to regularly sweep up.

      Parking. We needed to change the registered car for 2 nights end stay. And we’re not allowed to Understandable that one spot per unit per night, so this shouldn’t have been an issue.

      All in all this was a good spot to stay one night.

      Stair access only to the room. bed very comfortable, bathroom door wouldn't close but constantly was opening, the toilet paper holder wouldn't stay on the wall, the shower/tub faucet very stiff to work but the shower was good otherwise, the door lock was pretty flimsy.

      When we arrived we were greeted with the information that we would not have water the next morning starting at 8am as they were working on the plumbing and hot water. Super inconvenient especially after we came back from the beach and had to get ready for an important dinner and tried to shower without hot water it was less than comfortable to say the least. We were offered nothing for this inconvenience.
