  The GM Christine is a joy! She's accommodating, professional, and genuinely cares. The staff is amazing and the property is the best choice for the area. Sure, the grounds could use some updating but they do a great job at keeping things neat and orderly.

  My husband was sitting in the sitting area just outside the dining room across from the pool smoking his cigarette when a rat came out of the bushes and tried to grab his coffee that was sitting on the ground. It was starling, of course, especially since the hotel is so well kept. The grounds could use a little extra TLC including updating. I think paying attention to detail on the ground and having a company come out to address that issue may prevent this in the future. I believe it may have been a "one off" since businesses can't always control what's in the area surrounding their business, however, it was worth a mention.

  It was a casino hotel

  They put us in a room so far away. We had to walk through the casino up an escalator across a skywalk down some stairs up some stairs down a hallway find some elevators and up to the 17th floor and down a long hallway with luggage and us being in our 70s. It was very hard.
