      Balcony, outdoor hot tub were nice

      Ghost staff- we rarely saw staff. Coffee was supposed to be available at 7 didn’t see it until 8:00 and had to walk mile to purchase it. Pillows were awful and bathroom was extremely small.

      The steps going to the third floor trying to carry all of our luggage and stuff with no elevator and those steps very unsure. The swimming pool closes at 730 so the beach closes at 7 and then the pool at 730..
