      Beautiful location in a gated community. We really loved the fireplace out on the deck. We spent every night out there.

      I went to the hot tub in my bathing suit after a long day out and about, and the closed sign for maintenance and a padlock on the door greeted me. The desk had told his where the pool towels were, and didn't indicate any closures. The description of amenities online says fresh cookies and the website pictures hot breakfast in a couple of the pictures...the reservation desk person (who was abrupt and less than friendly) at check in said they no longer had either! I suggested that they then needed to change the website, and he didn't even acknowledge the comment (that was the man the day we checked in, the woman the other 2 days was great) The microwave blew up with my oatmeal in it, with loud noises and sparking, and the last day the toilet was plugged, and we had to use the lobby toilet. Also, there was long, curly dark hair in the shower and I have short hair and my friend is blond!
