Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient location. The bed was great. Very nice breakfast including premade omelettes (including egg white omelettes), a pancake maker (with regular and sugar free syrup), cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurt, bread, etc. The king jacuzzi suite was very nice. I'm sure we'll stay here again, as our daughter lives nearby.

The down pillows weren't my favorite, but I'm picky about pillows, so my opinion on that is just an opinion. TV said it had streaming ability, and maybe it did, but we couldn't make it work, and it wasn't an issue for us for only one night. The light outside the window made me keep thinking it was daylight, but on the other hand, it was a well-lit parking lot, so I can't really complain about that, although I guess the window blinds could be designed a little better. Honestly, a really nice stay. Any negatives were inconsequential.

This will be a bit long, but I wish this had been mentioned by others here before finding the horror stories on TripAdvisor. If you read the reviews about Shores of Panama on TripAdvisor you're gonna freak out. From bad experiences with staff, waiting on elevators, and parking garage issues. As far as the staff there, they were welcoming and very courteous, (as long as the rules of Shores of Panama are followed). Follow all rules and you'll have no problems. They are dead serious about those immediate eviction rules. As we saw a few very unhappy vacationers get evicted for breaking the rules. Study the rules before getting there, and follow all directions from Vacasa on how to maneuver and check in to Shores of Panama. Separate from Vacasa and your stay, there is a fee from Shores of Panama to use the amenities of the resort. It ranges from 80 to 100 dollars depending on the time of year and it's an HOA fee. That gets you wrist bands (that have to be worn your whole trip, and a parking pass for the garage, this wasn't mentioned in the price on booking.com) VERY IMPORTANT... buy these before checking in. It will save you a lot of time when checking in. The elevators consist of six and are very busy. Just be patient and wait for your turn. Once in them, they're fast, surprisingly fast. We only had very minimal problems with the elevators during our stay. The parking garage is fine if you're in a sedan or compact car. Tons of horror stories on TripAdvisor about the tightness of the garage and it is tight. If you're in an SUV or a Truck it's going to be rough. I'm glad I took my small car and I would advise against a big vehicle in here. It can be done but if you're unsure about your abilities I'd bring a car if you can. Be prepared for a headache if you bring a large vehicle. All in all don't stress out.
