      The breakfast was plentiful, hot, and delicious. The staff seated and informed us of the menu choice then we proceeded to enjoy the array of choices. We liked the pool, lazy river, close access to the beach and restaurants.

      We arrived toward the end of the breakfast time, and some items were in short supply. The employee was working very hard to keep up, and immediately took care of requests.

      The scrambled eggs had the texture of watermelon, which wasn’t pleasant! Also, only one chair at the desk to sit in - no arm chair to sit in.

      That I was told I would be able to get a full refund for the inconvenience!

      I never got to step ONE foot into my room!! I even paid the extra 25.00 for an early check in of 11:00am...Once 11a hit 9 was informed, that they overbooked n a lot of people were about to be upset, that the hotel wouldn't be able to honor their reservations, I was one of those people!

      The ceiling in our room leaked water all over the couch from the rain. The towels were not clean and they had old food in the cabinets. The pool had bugs and cigarettes in it so we couldn’t swim.
