The check in and out process was easy and the front desk lady was very nice. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. In our bathroom the shower and toilet were clean. Our kids loved the pools both the inside and outdoor pool areas were clean. The a/c worked well in our room and any staff we encountered were polite.

I wish the carpets were cleaned in our room our socks were very dirty walking around. So we made sure to wear shoes when walking in the room which isn’t the greatest to deal with. The bathroom floor I wiped with Lysol wipes because it was dirty, but the toilets and shower were very clean and the shower drained well. I just really wish they got rid of the carpet if it’s that hard to keep clean. Not much negative to say overall it was a pleasant stay.

The location and price. Also the housekeepers kept the towels fresh. Wish they would refill the coffee pods when they change our towels. Room was clean. Bought a broom to sweep up the sand each day, but that was no problem.

If you want a nice quiet stay as a couple, given the price and location be aware that there will be families with kids and younger adults, was kinda loud in the evenings and the pool was always crowded. Great hotel for families and couples who don’t mind the noise and chatter. I have to say though, it did quiet down after the 10 o’clock curfew.

Outdated room should have been wiped down. Bathroom not clean. Counter was cracked. Machines in gym all broken. Gym wall corroded probably from pool area. First room smelled funny like trying to coverup another smell.
