Like most other Hilton properties I have stayed at this one was top notch. We ended up with a top floor harbor view room! When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

  Location perfect. Staff fantastic. Rooms a bit sparse but comfortable. French bakery delicious. Bar good. Some tenders could update "people skills." Overall, very good place to stay

  Breakfast was fine. Well stocked at all times. Staff was very nice. Outdoor view was very nice.

  For breakfast we sat at a long, raised table. There was rust and old dirt in crevices. Even if they were wiped down, it couldn't get that off. When we arrived we noticed a nice looking bar, McCoy's. We went to our room and decided to get a beverage, after our 4 hour drive. We waited at the bar 20min with no service. Plenty of talking in the back but no one to come out to serve anyone, so we left. Upon returning to the hotel there was a reception happening and there was absolutely no parking for those staying at the hotel.

  It was dirty. Me and my 2 grown sisters stayed no children. There was food and beer caps under furniture along with a pacifier. The bottoms of our feet turned black from floor. There was fake jewelry under the pull out bed and it was never mentioned to bring your own pillows and blankets if using it. It had a musty smell and it was not prepped for a new arrival. It was hot in there. The ac units made a lot of noise. It was outdated and nothing like the pictures online. The pictures online was definitely not of the one we stayed in. We was unaware of a shared balcony and felt unsafe knowing after we got there that there was a door joining rooms so we blocked the door with stuff. We made the best of it since it was already paid for but I don't think we will go there again. Also be very careful with the doors you will think they are locked or unlocked and they aren't. Wish we had taken pictures to show exactly what im talking about.

  The facility smelled of sewer. They charge $1.50 a day for safe fees. Even if you don't use it. Snack machine took your money but didn't give you anything. Certainly wasn't worth $100.00 a night.

  The bathroom was small. Not suitable for a handicapped person. The smell was horrible. The furniture was very old and dirty. The chairs were cutup. The place looked and smelled like a roach motel. We were afraid to touch anything. Unfortunately we were unable to leave and get another place to stay. Otherwise we would have left immediately.
