The owners are very kind, and they will go out of their way if you need anything. The rooms are VERY clean, modern, and have plenty of free parking. The area is in an industrial area and is very, very safe! Close to a Wal-Mart and restaurants just a mile away in Pico Rivera. We will definitely visit this establishment again!

Location is on the Strip. Hot water was plentiful for a comfortable shower. Beds were acceptable but lower than my usual expectations for a 4-star hotel.

No fridge, no kettle, no drinking water, just a single ice machine for all floors in the Empire tower. Basic modern human needs were not met. Connecting to guest services via phone always takes a while. Minimal human contact during checkin/checkout. Did not feel cared for at all. Worst hotel experience at this price point throughout my entire life across more than ten countries.

Small quibble: had expired creamer in the room which delayed my much needed morning coffee! Staff brought fresh creamer to the room so crisis averted.

Missing oven mitts and dish soap. Next door neighbor has a medical condition and stays on outside porch and constantly lets out a loud barking cough that reverberates through the neighborhood and keeps you up most of the night.
