As soon as you walk in you are greeted by great staff who make you feel welcomed. Their breakfast was amazing and had a good variety each day. The pool and hot tub where clean and they always had towels outside stocked up.

Looked like more emphasis was placed on the obvious parts of the hotel and not all areas. To pay extra for the dock water view and have to tell the staff to clean bird poop off the patio every day was not desirable. There was also obvious mold above the shower head. I had to ask for more toilet paper since only one roll was provided at a time. The pool should have an adults-only time since there was always families and kids there. The fitness center was very small and didn’t even have towels. The rooms near the water need to be refreshed in general, with new paint and carpeting.

The room smelled bad, the sheets and comforters didn’t look clean. The vent in the bathroom made a horrible noise. It was hard to sleep with the noises from the 2nd floor and next door room. Outdated A/C. We paid too much for what we got. They tell you in advance no one will clean your room until you check out. Only 2 mini trash cans. They have a “no coffee pot in the room” pilot. BAD. We need our coffee in the room early in the morning. Won’t stay here again.

The pool was closed down, the elevator was very slow and smelled like throw up, there were crumbs in the bed, the door knob was broken so you couldn’t use it to shut the door or it would fall off and had a hole through the door right above it.

The hotel rooms need to be remodeled and the carpet need to be replaced. The smell was not pleasant. Dust by the light plug and the bathroom had paint chipping of the wall.
