We loved the location, it was very convenient and close to the beach. It was also very spacious, everyone had their own private space. Kitchen had all utensils and appliances needed for our stay and there were plenty of towels and beach items available.

Clean room, large shower, nice linens, comfy bed. The lovely lady staffing the night desk was warm and delightful. She took initiative and made us feel abundantly welcome. In the morning, a kind staff member filled our ice container for our ice chest.

It was difficult to find the hotel due to lack of signage. The hotel was fully booked, so the parking lot was overflowing. It was difficult to find a spot to park. The reservation desk was located in a different hotel across the street, but there was no apparent signage to indicate that until we walked up and down the strip of rooms and finally found a small note in a corner. I walked across the street, but was still mystified as to where to enter the labyrinth of walkways to find the office. The breakfast was disappointing but only because the staff seemed overwhelmed and could not refill the empty containers. We arrived at breakfast in the middle of the stated breakfast hours, and many families arrived after we were finished.

Could not have asked for a better experience - staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel itself has a vintage charm with modern touches, room and facilities was extremely clean.
