- “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

  The property is great! With 24/7 security on site it’s nice to know that they care for the safety and well being of their guests. The staff were very nice and helpful! They have breakfast offered in the morning in the lobby, and vending machines for snacks and drinks and a water refill station. Parking is $30 which is not bad at all!

  Not a huge issue but the parking situation is very tight. I could see it being a problem for guests who have bigger/oversized cars. The morning breakfast served in the lobby could be better if it was a variety of baked goods because the egg bites they serve sit there and get cold. I’m sure they are great when they are fresh!

  The breakfast was perfect for a singular person like myself. The staff was very friendly and helpful in addition to a sense of humor. Floors in my room were very clean and it was spacious too.

  I like that the room is clean and the size of the room fit 5 people. Had breakfast and pool open late.

  I didn’t like that when I checked in, they gave me someone else room. It was scary because I was with my kids and we wear expecting an empty room. Thanks goodness the people weren’t in their room.

  I liked that it was close to the main shopping area and that you had parking in from on your cottage.

  It is a very old property and the bathroom sliding door would get stuck. The window had no screen. The worse part was a mouse that was in my trash and woke me up at 2 in the morning. I had to get another room and got very little sleep.

  They charged me 50.00 more than my Booking.com paperwork. They said a ‘security deposit’. No where on your site does it mention this. Was told it’d be refunded in 20 days…THIS IS A RACKET.. So they charge my card, I have to pay the interest; they get to hold my money for 20 days, maki g interest on my ‘security’ deposit. If I had the time, I’d call the Ketn County DA’s office and file a consumer fraud complaint. Your company should know about this and be VERY clear on the paperwork. Seems you are compleaset in this fraud!

  Clean and close to everything. Hot tub worked great.

  The texts and emails at 8am to see when I was going to check out. They woke me up which I was not happy about. Check out was at 11 am. More towels needed also. With a shower, use of hot tub and a pool , 3 small towels for 2 adults was not enough. Yes, I could have asked for more but should not have too.
