We absolutely loved the value of what we got for our stay. The rooms are a great size for the price and they have everything to accommodate your stay in room. The amenities were great! Staff was accessible and friendly! The ONLY complaint we had from the family was that the outside pool was freezing! lol However they kids and adults had a blast! We will be back yearly!

Construction on the street not disclosed by the hotel, lower floors very noisy. Admin issues on the hotel side caused double charges that they arbitrarily refused to release until checkout.

The first Holiday Inn express where they did not offer Continental breakfast you had to sit down, order your food from one server. i’m going to understand you had to pay for it. Myself and granddaughter did not make that choice as I seen. There were quite a few people sitting waiting for their food. Also, had to deal with people smoking marijuana in the room next to me. I don’t think that’s acceptable especially when there are children in the hotel. Nobody wants to smell that . I travel a lot with work very disappointed in this hotel. Also did not get a floor towel for the shower. How do use a hand towel to wipe up the water and the floor was so black and filthy and sticky. disgusting
