My car was valet Park and damage. I would never ever come here again my room smell like mildew. You can tell the carpet has been wet. I will never stay here again.

I have allergies. I was sneezing the whole time it smelled like mildew. You can tell that the carpet was wet or it was a water spill somewhere on my floor.

The only issues we seen was an animal ripped the hot tub cover (which is no one’s fault) & there appears to be black mold on the ceiling of the steps, upstairs bedroom & bathroom. Definitely worth checking out and making sure but we would definitely stay here again!

The cats are a little annoying. We are animal lovers, but trying to keep them out of our rentals was kind of a pain. They are outside cats, so they aren’t clean.

The heated pool was not warm at all. My special needs child didn't adapt well so he only stayed on for 15 minutes. I was veey disappointed especially wuth it bringing his bday. He has CP and sensory issues and was shivering & crying the entire time. Otherwise he loves the water but it has to be warm. This is false advertisement being the water was cold.I wanted things to be a certain way, the pool was supposed to be the highlight of his bday celebration but unfortunately because if the water temperature being inaccurate it wasn't. Very misleading. The shower was backed up as well and the commode was stopped up, there is a plumbing issue for sure. There were roaches on the patio so I was constantlyliftingmy feet up. Someone beside, above, or below me was smoking Marijuana the entire time I have asthma and my child is special needs, needless to say we couldn't even sit on the balcony due to smelling the Marijuana smoke constantly. Upon leaving I've never had so many issues with being delayed because there aren't enough elevators or carts. There should also be a concierge person helping the flow of loading and unloading, it was a disaster to say the least. It took us 1.5 hrs from loading on a cart whereas I had to wait 20 mins to get a cart to check out. Then there were people saying that others didn't leave on time, how when there are no carts to load your belongings and the elevators take 15 minutes to accommodate guests. So how do you blame guests for your lack of resources. The fact that the parking garage is across the street is inconvenient wish I had known that as well. Nevertheless the room and Oceanfront view was just okay, the room is a bit dated althoughi was told by the staff when I booked that it was newly renovated. Not sure if I'll stay again, I highly doubt it. The hotel gave misleading description of the stay.

The inside pool area was ran down. Spa/hot tub was awful. Everything was very dirty and not maintained. Disappointed there was not a outside hot tub with the outside swimming pool. Hotel looks old and kinda ran down. Not well maintained.
