There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom containers. Was really upset when I’m in there trying to shower and had no soap. Decided to use the shampoo and there was no shampoo. Pretty hard to take a shower with hair conditioner. I can only blame this on housekeeping for not checking. Next we came down for breakfast at 8:30 at at 8:40. And They were already vacuuming the best breakfast room and it was still full of people. As much as you want a clean facility, it is annoying to try to have breakfast with the vacuum noise. Also, before we finished our breakfast, they shut off the water dispenser and there was no water available. Last, when we checked out at 9:15 there was no manager on duty to inform him of the lack of shower supplies etc.

The hotel was very nasty. We paid a lot of money and was treated poorly. There is no room service at all. They didn’t clean our rooms for the 4 nights we stayed and we had to walk to the lobby to trade towels. The breakfast tastes like plastic. For the money they charge this place was not worth it.

No notice that there would not be water in the morning. Went to office to inquire and was told to wait about 30 minutes and try again. Sure enough, the water supply was up and running. I would have appreciated a note in the room with a warning and instructions to wait it out rather than having to go ask. No cell service so a phone call was not possible.

"no smoking" room had clearly been smoked in. bed/matress was noticeably concave and needed replacing. electronic door key worked once each time it was "refreshed" at the front desk and ultimately was replaced. Free wifi passcode didn't work so had to watch the advertisement video to logon.
