Paid for early check in had to move room due to uncleanliness and then when moved was locked out room needed new door knob so early check in was useless - paid $30 to move and watch someone (took 3 people) to change lock.

The room did not feel clean. I called front office to request for more towels and a set of sheets for the sofa couch but was told I had to come get it myself which was ok but it was pretty late so I was hoping someone would bring it up to us. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. I was told we couldn’t do late check out because we booked through third party which was a questionable reason. Anyway, if the room felt more clean I wouldn’t have minded.
