Breakfast was ok. We had yogurt and cereal. There were waffles and toast as well. My son liked it. The front desk lady who checked us in was exceptional. She was very kind and went out of her way to help us. The price was good for a quick overnight stay where all we did was sleep. The bed was comfortable and clean. The A/C worked well. The fridge had a freezer portion that actually froze our water bottles.

The floor in our room was sticky and very dirty. The cloth I used to wipe up something came up black. There was hair and dirt in the corner of the bathroom floor. The bathtub had hair in it. No black out curtains so it was bright in the morning. There were homeless people sleeping in the parking lot when I went to my car in the morning.

I liked the fact they had an operating restaurant on the premises, also a quaint bar that stayed open for its patrons. The bed was extremely comfortable. The second floor had a outside covered deck. I LOVED that I could smoke on it..

The rugs are dated. There was no ice available to patrons and the air conditioning was only working in the guest rooms.

Very good budget option. The room was large with king bed. Updated, tasteful interior. The bathroom was equally acceptable. Everything was clean. It was only a 10 minute walk to The Grove shopping complex and Farmers Market.

Receptionist wasn't alert at check in. I was stood about two feet from where he was sat for about a minute. He didn't notice I was there until I said something. I assumed he was busy because I was so close but he just hadn't noticed me. The reception area was in the process of being cleaned so I had to step over a pile of dead plant leaves and a spray bottle to stand at the reception service area. The cleaner came back a couple of minutes later to remove the obstacles. TV didn't work. Aircon was quite loud and made some strange noises for an hour after turning on.

I'm traveling a very long distance watching every dollar until I need to leave a deposit that takes 2 or 3 days to go back into my account which I don't have traveling I need every dime NOT A HOTEL HOLDING MY MONEY FOR 3 days or more so I will not be using this hotel again but other then that the staff was very nice

room was not as per image. - was very small. - was very hot - ( no air just a fan) room had dust collecting on all rails and fan. - had not been cleaned for a long time - shower had no pressure room needed painting- and a good thorough clean

I love how convenient everything was. There was a restaurant inside the hotel along with a bar, a gym, and 24/7 snacks. It was also right across the street from the beach.

I didnt like the way there was 2 numbers on my key fob and it took us an hour to find our room. Of course a very nice lady from there called us and told us what the problem was and just how to get to our room, and it was after hours!!
