Loved the vibes Kim at the front desk was super helpful and Loved her vibe. Same with the shuttle guy (didn't get his name). Also the smell of the hotel when you walk in is amazing!

The room we had, had some wallpaper peeling off, and the tub faucet needs to be caulked. Thought it was going to come off the wall.

One friendly staff who took time to show me the gym to get filtered drinking water. Place within walking distance to the Riverwalk and Alamo. Good choice of breakfast.

Only choice of $40 valet parking or metered parking on the street- not mentioned on the website Receptionist did not offer me to enroll in Marriott perks or check if I'm already enrolled just because I booked with booking.com. Sink was outside the bathroom which was inconvenient. Bathroom was not very clean- tiles were dingy white.

It's a beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable place. One of the very best. We were extremely satisfied with the entire experience. We travelled to Moffitt cancer center. We are grateful for the high regard they have for Moffitt patients, including the reserved parking for us. We found everything we needed and more in the suite including dishes and utensils. Highly recommend this place. Close to Moffitt and wonderful.
