The location of the hotel was great, it was in walking distant of almost everything that we had planned to do. The room was a suite and accommodated my family and I perfectly. The suite was clean with the exception off minor things, such as dirty window, dusty sprinkler and peeling wall paper. Also, things kept going out in our suite (bathroom lights, microwave, fridge) but the staff was exceptional with resolving all issues. The breakfast was ok, a great addition to our stay for a quick bite to eat and unlimited coffee all day long. The staff especially Yolo at the front desk was very helpful. She gave us a map to get a round and recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Overall a great stay, I would come back when in Chicago.

I didn't like how there were electrical issues in our suite that made the microwave, bathroom and fridge lose power. However, the staff was exceptional with resolving the issues.

There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom containers. Was really upset when I’m in there trying to shower and had no soap. Decided to use the shampoo and there was no shampoo. Pretty hard to take a shower with hair conditioner. I can only blame this on housekeeping for not checking. Next we came down for breakfast at 8:30 at at 8:40. And They were already vacuuming the best breakfast room and it was still full of people. As much as you want a clean facility, it is annoying to try to have breakfast with the vacuum noise. Also, before we finished our breakfast, they shut off the water dispenser and there was no water available. Last, when we checked out at 9:15 there was no manager on duty to inform him of the lack of shower supplies etc.

No notice that there would not be water in the morning. Went to office to inquire and was told to wait about 30 minutes and try again. Sure enough, the water supply was up and running. I would have appreciated a note in the room with a warning and instructions to wait it out rather than having to go ask. No cell service so a phone call was not possible.
