The oceanview was blocked by vegetation. We wanted a balcony but was placed on the first floor. The food everywhere was fair to just okay, the villa did not look at all like the photos on website, the facility appeared old. The water quality was salty, a bad type of salty, almost fishy. Everywhere we went was expensive and not at all worth it. We spent a lot of money on our lodging, and it was so very disappointing. If I could get a refund, even half, it would still not be worth it. DISAPPOINTING. PERIOD!

My only complaint was the auto-lights in the bathroom. I understand why they are needed, but I wish there was a way to disable it. If you use the bathroom in the middle of the night, prepare to see the lights of heaven shine down on you. It's very bright :) The light also shuts off in the shower, but you can activate it by giving it a little wave.

The breakfast were a bunch of packages of sweets. There was no place to sit and had to take it to your room or in the car.

The price for the hotel was an unexpected $30 more. The price that was the total did not include the extra cost of the beds needed. So therefore we were duped into reserving the room and then when arrived, we were told we would have to pay $30 more for rollaway beds. The hotel blamed the error in booking to Booking.com because Booking.com sent the email stating the total price and in fact the price was $30 more a night. Cannot trust Booking.com prices anymore and this hotel does not honor prices that booking.com said should be the price.

The location looks appealing at first, but our stay left us disappointed. • Hidden fees: Be prepared for an extra $50 per night “tourist fee”, written somewhere in the bottom, plus parking at $55+tax per night. • Beach: The “hotel beach” is a noisy public strip right next to a busy road. When we arrived at 5 pm, the hotel’s beach station for chairs and towels was already closed. • Hotel condition & service: The property feels worn out, and the staff seemed mostly indifferent. Not the level of hospitality you expect at this price point. • Not family-friendly: If it rains, there’s nothing for kids to do. Children, even older than 11, are not allowed in the spa or the gym, which made it very limiting.
