Room was exceptionally clean. All items were stocked in the room, had no need to contact the desk for anything other than times.

Would like to see a flyer or something in the room that displayed times for things such as check out time, breakfast hours, etc. If there was one, I missed it and apologize. Would like to have a safe in the room. Again, if there was one, it wasn't pointed outnad I missed it while looking.

The sheets smelled like body odor, the bath towels had so many dark spots, some looked like dried poop or dried blood, there were long black hair sticking to the sheets and blankets.

Cigarette butts in stairways and all over the floor. No real comforters. Rooms were not as specified. The rooms were actually on different floors and different sides of the building, making it very hard for my pet. Nowhere to walk my animal as the property was going through some type of renovation where there was rocks and dirt everywhere the key system was horrible. I had to go back to the office a minimum of four times because they did not work I got to the office at 8 AM. There wasn’t any coffee And the property owners were walking around like police on the grounds. Flooded toilet and the shower had to be covered with a towel it was that disgusting!
