  There was no one at the desk to check us in. Waited finally a lady showed up, her name was Marty. No greeting, rude. No hello, or welcome, or can I help you? Nothing. Just “What’s your reservation?” Gave us our cards told us directions. No thank you. Went to our room, put are stuff in the room. About 10 minutes left to go have dinner, Marty and another lady were sitting outside smoking.

  I am 83 and have a problem with stairs. I selected this facility because of the elevator. When we checked in on Tuesday September 26th. We were told that the elevator was not in service and that we could not be placed on the first floor. The desk agent was unapologetic regarding this issue. May attempt to contact Mr. Patel were not successful as he did not answer his phone or reply to my voice messages. If you need the elevator, be sure it's operational. I will rethink using BOOKING.COM., as the payment was charged to my card three days before my arrival. Many other places were available!!
