  All of the front desk and maid service was impeccable and very respectable to me.Every one of the employees that work at the TRU Hilton were very helpful and took care of any question or concern I had. I would stay here anytime I'm in Lehi area hands down all around GREAT experience! I highly recommend anybody in the Lehi, West Highland area look into the TRU Hilton west of I-15 Freeway. I needed to book earlier to reserve the nights and rooms I was seeking. Live and learn. Thanks again to the the person that does the hiring here at Tru Hilton it was a Great Experience. If I had my own hotel I would hire the exact same people to take care of my customers they were trained correctly and properly informed of what their job entails thank you again, bye.

  I couldn't book a week straight in advance once I realized how good of an experience it was going to be but I won't make that mistake again. I have stayed in the most expensive nicest four star five star hotels in the country and I would rather stay here than any of those snobby places.

  Cutest little cabin! Well laid out with all I needed. Loved the chance to jump on a bike and look around the paths!

  The AC worked well, but I left it on at night. It was pretty loud, so woke me up whenever it went on. The car will need a major wash to recover from parking in our space under the trees.

  Someone tried to break into our room in the middle of the night and the staff on site said they’d do a refund but I haven’t received it and they said to contact the manager which u did but still have not heard a response. Zero sense of urgency.

  The parking spaces were small, the heater didn’t work and only blew cold air on a cold night had to sleep fully clothed, room smelled like an animal and bed was hard. And the tv only had Spanish tv shows and paid programs.
