I didn't eat at breakfast but my family did and they had nothing but great things to say about the food and service. The pool was very nice and clean. The fitness center was also clean and organized. The TV in our room was very large, we didn't expect that.

We only had 1 issue. Our room number was 211 and at time we could not get into our room. Looked like the keycard worked, and using the app to unlock the door also turned green but the door was still stuck. Maintenance came extremely fast and was able to get the door open.

Front desk attendant was very friendly and polite. Booking.com did not advise me of a $150 deposit fee - front desk attendant waived the deposit Room was awesome! Family size with 2 rooms and a bathroom - bed was very comfortable!

The check in and checkout policies are not thoughtful . My stay was for 3 nights, My flight caused me to arrive the morning of of day 2. My flight was at 7:00pm on my last day. But because they hotel has a firm policy on checkout time, I was informed that I have to checkout at 11:00am. I asked for late checkout but was told I had to checkout at 11:00am and check back in at 4:00pm. Which did not make sense plus the cost for the extension was not cheap. After a lot of persistence on my part I was given the ok to stay in the room after I paid for another night. Which was not at a cheap rate.

My son found a roach in a dresser, and the dresser was missing 1 drawer as well, we moved rooms due to the complaint bit this room was loaded with knats flying all around smh was disappointed

It’s like pulling up to a trap house. People out side dealing drugs and doing drugs. The room had holes in the wall , bed broken and sitting on the floor. People setting outside their rooms getting high. Absolutely never again! Disgusting !
