The room was lovely, super clean and quiet. Bed was comfy too. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Plenty of free parking and great location for The Medieval times dinner tournament

We paid the full price three months in advance, trusting that everything was confirmed and ready. Up until a week before our trip, we were receiving updates as usual. Then, just two days before we were supposed to leave, our reservation was canceled without warning. There was no explanation, no help, and no alternative offered. We reached out to Booking.com customer service, hoping for support — but were met with silence and useless replies. No one seemed to care that we were now left with no place to stay and barely any time to fix it. This trip meant a lot to us, and instead of looking forward to it, we were left feeling anxious, disappointed, and completely let down. The worst part was how helpless we felt — like we were just another number, not actual people with plans and emotions. Booking.com failed us when we needed them the most. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
