      This is the best hotel in my opinion. Modern, clean, comfortable, affordable. Love the showers. The rooms offer place to lay both suitcases. The furniture is modern.the lighting on the desk is perfect for putting on your makeup. The breakfast was very good. Real scrambled eggs with Real sausages. We always try to stay at one of these hotels. They're the best.

      Welcoming and thoughtful staff, great cleaning service, very comfortable beds which enabled us to have a restful stay, very clean restroom with access to cosmetics, enough space in the room. Overall, one of the best stays i ever had.

      The cabin is well equipped and comfortable in a peaceful and quiet wooded location. It is right next to the national park but also conveniently close to Gatlinburg.

      There are two small units downstairs so if total privacy is what you seek this may not be the perfect choice. They are accessible through separate entrances so you do have the entire upstairs to yourself.

      I’ve got a smoking room. The room was disgusting it had stains on the mattress as I was spraying w/ lysol, the carpet felt & smelt dirty. The toilet constantly had the flushing sound and the tub was rusted /brown. The ceiling had stains on it. The chair that was under the table in room was filled with dirt & dust when I try spray it with lysol. I was afraid to sit on bed or chairs in the room. I nva took my shoes or socks off the little time I was there. I really checked out that same day I checked in never asked to get a room change I’ll rather sleep in my truck before I come back. Waterloo location room much better then this location
