  Host/ staff was amazing. Very friendly, kind, and accommodating. No complaints to that end. Beds were soft, but comfy. All in all, very enjoyable stay. Couch bed was the easiest I've ever folded out/put away in my life

  Would've liked to be able to open main windows, but the ac units were in them so that was a no go. Not super spacious, but we didn't have our tiny humans so for us adults it was just fine for what we needed.

  Room was not clean and needed major up keeping. There was spots on both beds(that looked like blood), multiple visible damage areas on door & walls. Curtains were frayed as if chewed on by rats. Floor and chairs stained and food stuck to floor from previous tenant. No bolt on the door at top at all(clerk stated that they’d removed over 50% of them from the rooms). After informing and showing the desk clerk the issues. He didn’t even contact housekeeping to try to clean the room up. He actually started to remake the bed as I stood there as if nothing was on the sheets that I’d just shown him. And I was asked to remove 2 piece of trash from the trash can so it would be empty for the next person staying in the room. I definitely do not suggest anyone staying here if you care about not only your safety but also your health. Because it is very evident that they are not taking care of the property cleaning wise or replacing damaged things.

  Everything could have been better. Had to wait over an over to check in because rooms needed to be cleaned. After i checked it it was the most disgusting unclean hotel room i have ever seen. There was mold in the bottom of the bathtub was never cleaned like they said and made us wait for. They deactivated the keys to the hotel room an hour before checkout so i had to have them re key the card just so i could get my belonging. The staff was very unsatisfactory. There was no microwave or fridge of any sort. They did not provide me with wifi even though it says free wifi.
