  I was in satisfied with the breakfast and as I was going to breakfast I was going alone and I walked in with like five other people that were coming from different rooms and the manager and the desk refused me to stay again due to too many people in my room but those people were not in my room so I didn't like the front desk manager I guess he was I'm not sure but and so he refused my next day service due to other people working with me who are not with me.

  Hotel was clean!!! Rooms looked like they were just remodeled. The rooms were large, had a kitchenette and clean. There was a pool and a party ground if you had kids. The staff was extremely friendly. Hotel was gated. Felt safe. I said the location was great in terms of being near VA Hospital.

  The property was kept clean, everyone was polite & the environment was quiet.

  There were a few minor issues at the property; the curtain was broken in one room, the light/fan in the main bedroom didn’t work. The staff were prompt with fixing the issues. There could be minor fixes done on the walls (looks like previous guests hit walls or staff moving furniture), the A/C that were mounted in the rooms could be fixed as well.
