  The breakfast was very filling. The residence was CLEAN. the room was cozy and the kitchen area was what I hoped it would be. It was within walking distance (well, for ME anyway) of many sites to see and much food to eat. There was a cvs, and a supermarket, as well as a family dollar store, just a short bus ride away. There were places for kids to run off energy. It was even dog friendly. The only thing I would say is they need a bigger sign so you can notice it from Euclid Avenue while you are riding the bus.

  Check in process because they want you to listen to timeshare stuff. Took way…..to long and no way to avoid the additional people. After you see the first person to checkin they make you stand in another long line to “activate your key.” That person is the one that wants you to sign up for timeshare tour etc. it’s crap! Two long lines and long waits sucked!

  I was confused when we entered because the pictures look a lot better than in person. I did not like the entrance, the lobby the way to the elevator. There is a strong smell of cleaning products as if they are trying so hard to mask other smells. The tv had no volume, the fridge made too much noise. The chairs in the room were stained. We didn’t go for breakfast because you can’t really look into the room beforehand, you have to use your key to go inside.
