The room/bathroom was filthy. Couldn’t use coffee pot because of missing part to it after moving it to a different area for a plug in. Parking lot was full of potholes you couldn’t avoid getting splashed as others drove through. Which all got tracked into to room. Towels were very thin & dingy & bath was so old & stained I wouldn’t even step into it.

We made a last minute decision to extend our trip and had to book two extra days for a total of three bookings. Staff were so incredibly gracious and were only two happy to link our three confirmation numbers. They were even able to let us keep the same room for the whole trip. Communication was quick and easy. They answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I wasn’t expecting much given that we booked with a third party so they had to go way out of their way to make this work. Thank you so much Best Western Staff!!!

Close to the neighborhood pool which was nice. The house was comfortable. All the beds were comfortable.

The ad was misleading, we expected to have beach access across the main road…was not the case. It was a much further walk than we expected. Ended up driving down the road for beach access.
