The staff was both friendly and professional polite, but not overly aggressive to force a conversation. We arrived late after driving seven hours after working all day at work. Your team, as I stated, was polite, ask all the questions needed. But didn't push for a conversation late at night.

The amenities were great. Pool and beach were very nice! The kids enjoyed making s'mores and the swan boats! Loved the water shuttles, made it super easy to get to the Disney parks! Rooms were clean. Great location with several food options.

Right off the highway. There is a huge historical battlefield park right next to the hotel. There are trails all over and even an access trail from the hotel to the park. For walkers/runners, perfect

The bed was comfortable and the pool area very enjoyable. The workout center was above expectations. The staff, particularly Kia, was extremely helpful in finding things we needed.

I stayed at this property last year under a different brand. It was worth the price then. This trip I found the furnishings to be aging rapidly with the closet door not functioning, the shower faucet not adjusting and incessantly dripping when off, the couch stained, the faucet not getting cold and the table chipped.

Good luck getting any sleep if you are on the ground floor and have people staying above you. The floors are paper thin and because it's hard wood, there is nothing to absorb the sound. No staff on duty so there is no one to call to ask other guests to try to be quieter. Also, right next to the fire house. We were't disturbed by any sirens in the middle of the night during our stay, but it should be mentioned. We were just kept up by the neighbors above us who may as well have been throwing bricks, moving furniture and wearing cinder blocks on their feet until 2am when we had a 4am wake up call.

Have been coming to Francis Scott for the last 10 years. My family and I try to come yearly but this year, the staff was concerning. Had an employee peeping through my window while I got dressed. Confronted him about it and he claims that he was trying to see if we checked out yet (9:30am). He peeked for a lot longer than needed to confirm that someone was in the room. I noticed him because he kept bobbing his head up and down outside of my window which had the blinds cracked to the lowest point. My husband was present and if it could’ve gone bad. Reported it to staff who didn’t seem to concerned about it. Felt violated and unheard. Accidents happen but this certainly didn’t get treated like an accident, more like a hurry up and leave scenario. Very disappointing because never in 10 years had a bad stay but now I don’t think I would go back.

Staff could have showed more concern to peeping tom in FSK Staff shirt. I wasn’t looking for any perks just to felt heard and make sure it doesn’t reoccur. Sad that everything is so transactional where humanity should be in play.

Very serene. It had everything we needed and the cabin was spacious and beautifully decorated. A family of five deer visited as I sat in the lovely front porch rockers.
