  I continue to stay at the Royal Sonesta for a variety of reasons; the location is central to everything and also easy access to head North, South or West of the city. I love the new restaurant, Monteverdi and the view over the Charles never disappoints. It is clean, lovely and the staff is very attentive. I would highly recommend the Sonesta for travelers to Boston and New England.

  My only complaint would be, at times check-in can be an issue, there is typically a long line and it goes slowly. I have stayed there 6-7 X over the last several years as I have family and now a son living there so I have noticed this. Additionally, the parking garage was full the last time, but easy enough to park across the street overnight.

  Our stay was a last minute reservation - booked and on sight in less than 30 minutes. The contact was excellent! We called the host to confirm the reservation and she sent someone to the house to be sure it was ready for guests. The home was spacious, was easy to locate and loved the night lights throughout the house! Would highly recommend staying here!

  When I have to take out the garbage I might as well be home. Bed and pillows terrible. Also wash coffee cups? Bedding very cheap! Grounds not kept up. Ladders laying around, porch not swept, paths not swept. Very messy! Would not go back there.
