The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Nothing. Everything was dirty and smelled bad.

It was a dirty hotel and eventhough the person working the front desk told me I could get a refund, cause I did not want to stay in a dirty room/bed, I only got a refund for 10% of what I payed. The first room they got for me was dirty. The second just sprayed for bed bugs and the third was occupied. I left the hotel and the property as soon as possible!!!

$25 charge for parking. This hotel is not in a crowded area, so it is not an availability problem. Just seemed like another way to charge more. We were already paying a slightly high price for what we got.

The furniture in the room was stained, there was a whirlpool tub but only two towels for the whole room. There was no conditioner in the shower. The toilet paper was rough as sand paper and made both me and my partner bleed. It was a triple room but the only tv was in the bed room so there was no way to watch from the stained couch or stained chair. The ice machine on the first floor wasn’t working. The water smelled of chlorine. The vent in the bathroom and the air conditioner were very loud and noisy. The mattress was hard and caused back pain.

The receptionist was humorous and friendly.

Our original room was not “turned over” and cleaned before our arrival so we had to get a different room. That bed sucked! The mattress was old, worn and just. We both woke up with back aches and a lack of quality sleep

The worst Drury Inn we have ever stayed at!!!! Drury is usually great with communication, but this one wasn't. Our room was booked for over 2 months. We requested a ground-level or 2nd floor room. When we got there, the front desk attendant told us that the kind of room we reserved only had rooms on the 3rd-5th floors. Our room was going to be on the 5th. Our check-in day, the hotel was filled to capacity. Fortunately, the front desk attendant found us a room on the 2nd floor. It would've been nice to know that it didn't have the couch that our original room was supposed to have. Our son slept on the floor, but he was ok with it. Breakfast and Kickbacks are our main reason why we chose Drury Inn. We stayed 3 nights, so we had breakfast 3 mornings. 2 of those mornings, breakfast was supposed to be from 7am-10am. By 9:30am the 1st morning, there wasn't any breakfast or cups left. By the 2nd morning, there wasn't any breakfast at 9:20am!!! The 3rd morning, we didn't even bother. Kickbacks weren't any better. The best part of that was the 3 complimentary alcoholic drinks. Kickbacks are supposed to be from 5:30pm-7pm. At 6:15pm every night, the food would run out, and not be refilled. The worst Drury Inn that we've ever been to, and won't return.
