  The property is great! Easily accommodated the 6 of us with enough space for everyone. The kitchen is perfect, well stocked and set up. Lake Sutherland is the best!!

  Cleanliness Hotel lobby and hallways were nicely decorated Ambler restaurant was very good Staff were friendly

  The rooms need a few drawers. The bathroom lighting not bright enough. The shower floor is very slippery once you use soap and the grate or drainage square is right where you stand. It's dangerous because it shifts and causes you to slip and fall in shower. I hurt my right knee due to this and may need to see a physician. This is a very POOR design for a beautiful shower. Doesn't anyone test these things out?!

  Walking distance to a Times Square. Room was clean.

  Room was noisy, seemed like we were sleeping outside. Floor corridors smelled, dingy requires updating. Water in fridge would be welcomed. Minor touches as offered by other hotels, such of brochures outlining services, amenities offered by hotel placed in room would be helpful. Requested. Invoice upon departure and was told hotel was unable to provide as booked thru 3rd party however this should be provided at checkout regardless.

  It’s very large and spread out. I needed to bring my luggage to my room. I had to park my car far away, snake my way back to the hotel on a clumsy cart-no bellmen were in sight- walk thru a huge lobby to the second concourse-get in a tiny elevator with the cart, and continue my journey to the 6th wing to my room. It probably took 10-15 minutes one way. It was ridiculous.
