The lady at the front desk was very friendly to me and my close male friend who was with me during my stay. She informed us about places to visit and other things about the Martinsville and Collinsville area. We will definitely be staying here again.

No breakfast provided. This facility is QUITE DATED. But since it is in Keystone, SD, there are few other choices. Parking right in front of room doors - good and bad.

The view on the balcony was spectacular. The init was spacious & clean. Ben was very accomodating and very helpful, asking how our stay was during the 4 nights.

Even though the unit was comfortable, the AC needed fixing, some nights were hot. The bathroom area flooded from water draining from the corners of the tub that collected water, the jacuzzi bath tub was not working, no broom, no scoop, no mop to clean after ourselves. For first time guest , the staff didnt bother to carry us to our floor and didnt even show us to our room as well as not even a tour of the floor that had all the amenities so we missed out on that.. we decided to visit the 15th floor that had the pool and saw that the pool was closed...so for our entire stay we were not privy to any of the amenities as the front staff was not helpful only saying check the 15th floor and when we did we saw no staff to guide us. The front desk needs to be a little more helpful in guiding guest to enjoy their stay.

Zero staff on site. I’m not sure there’s a level floor in the building. Looks like most of the maintenance has been done by unpaid nephews. One of the major reasons we booked was because there is a diner attached… it was temporarily closed. Staff never responded to my booking.com messages and when I called they told me I had to call booking.com. In the end we thought it was very clean, but very odd and decided there’s better options for the price point.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 3:00 AM, only to find out that our room wasn’t even ready. The receptionist struggled to open the door and then transferred four adults into one bedroom – completely unacceptable. The issues didn’t stop there: • No internet in the rooms at all. • Towels were never clean, never enough, and had to be requested constantly. • The key cards never worked – we had to go back to reception every single time just to get into our room. • The building is old, not very clean, with a constant bad smell throughout. For the price and inconvenience, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I stayed at Ashmore by myself last March and had no issues, so when I came back to Lubbock in August with my family, I wanted the same place but was very disappointed. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
