  Location is perfect you are 5 minutes driving from shasta downtown which is perfect also you are very close to the lake , and about 30 minutes from waterfalls, place is very clean inside and outside looks like the owners take care the property very well, they are very friendly and take care you, very safe area for kids and adults, has a beautiful view to the mount shasta , they have create different areas to hang out in the property, like hammocks, fire pits, lawn area to play games, pool with warm water, jacuzzi. We were so happy to stayed there.

  Everything is good but l think breakfast could be a little better like maybe have scrambled eggs, waffle maker machine, to make some for breakfast and have more variety of bagels that will make it better

  In a decent spot, a little out of the way of the main part of Clearwater beach but still in a good location. Super close to the beach.

  Very outdated. Old, slow elevators with no ventilation sounding like they are going to get stuck. Beds are rock hard. They give you throw pillows instead of real pillows making it super uncomfortable.

  I booked a Hampton Inn and this was not a Hampton Inn. How can you falsely advertise yourself like this? If I want to go to McDonald’s and there is a second rate place named McCronney’s who is calling itself McDonald’s but when you get there there is no golden arches and there are no hamburgers or fries then it would be considered false advertising. This is not a Hampton Inn and there is nothing about it like a Hampton Inn. It is a Spark under construction and everything is shut down. How can you charge the full rate of a Hampton Inn and give people a different hotel with no amenities at all. If you are going to remain open during a remodel then you need to offer a significant discount since you are providing none of the amenities that a Hampton Inn provides - no lobby, no pool, no hot breakfast, nothing. This is not what I booked and I feel very deceived because I booked a known brand, a known franchise and I was not given what I booked.
