  The room was spacious although it looked a little dated, and it was clean and comfortable for the most part. Especially loved the fully-equipped kitchen. I was in Las Vegas to catch a concert at the Sphere and the resort was perfectly close to the venue, just a 10-minute walk.

  No housekeeping unless you're staying for a minimum of 7 nights, the timeshare sales pitch during check-in was intrusive and annoying although the staff was very friendly. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful. My room was close to one of the pools but far from the main entrance so it was a bit of a walk. Pool was tiny and not very clean. I was in a ground floor unit but you can hear the creaking as people upstairs are walking about - it was so loud and annoying!

  My initial room was mistakenly occupied on my arrival. Used card key to get in....and someone else was already there! A bit awkward. Front desk person did a good job re-assigning me to a different room, mistakes happen.
